The Pulaski Bank MasterCard® or VISA® best credit cards probably has the best credit card rate and may be right for you if you have Excellent Credit and are looking for a card with a fixed rate and want to Transfer Balances from other credit cards. Even though the card has a $35-$50 (gold is $50.00) annual fee, this card can be a very good deal if you carry high balances on other cards. The intro rate is 0% on balance transfers for 6 billing periods, and then the annual percentage rate (APR) is only 6.99%. There is no balance transfer or cash advance fees, and is one of the few cards still having a 25-day grace period.

The AT&T Universal Platinum Card is another no-frills low interest rate credit card. There is no annual fee and you get a low apr of libor plus 6.49%. (libor is the London Interbank Offered Rate is is presently 3.33%, about 2 3/4% less than prime rate). There is also a very good balance transfer offer. You get 0% apr on balance transfers for 12 months from the date of transfer (not acount opening). You can transfer anytime during the first 12 months. There is also no balance transfer fee during the 12 month introductory period. This card will suit those with good credit and looking for low interest credit card, and also for those looking to transfer their balance to a 0% card.

The American Express® NYC Card is a reward credit card designed for a New Yorker. You can earn reward points through various "everyday purchases" in New York. You can earn unlimited reward points, which do not expire. You can also potentially get a low apr. The apr ranges from a low rate of prime rate plus 3.99%, 5.99%, 7.99% or 9.99%. There is also no annual fee.

The AT&T Universal Rewards Card is issued by Citibank and is awarded Editor's Choice Status by us. It is a reward program credit card with a low apr (at libor plus 7.49%). Libor is the London Interbank Offered Rate is is about 2 3/4% less than prime rate (currently at 6.00%). The reward program is based on Citi's ThankYou Redemption Network program, which is a comprehensive program with travel, shopping, cash back rewards and even allows you to exchange points for a reduction in your apr. You also earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on "everyday purchases". You also get a 0% apr on balance transfer for 12 months from date of transfer (not account opening). You can transfer the balance within the first 12 months. There is no annual fee and the apr is prime rate plus xxx.

The Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards Card is nearly identical to the AT&T Universal Rewards Card. It has a reward program based on Citi's ThankYou Redemption Network and you also earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on "everyday purchases". There is no annual fee and you get an exact identical 0% apr on balance transfer from the date of transfer. The apr is low at prime rate plus 4.99%. The Citi® Dividend Platinum Select® Card best credit card rate is on our Editor's Choice list and is a very good cash rebate credit card with no annual fee and a low apr. It has a simple rebate formula whereby you earn 5% rebate on purchases at standalone supermarkets, gas stations and drugstores. You earn 1% rebate on other purchases. The apr is low at prime rate plus 4.99%. Like other Citi cards mentioned here, you also get a great balance transfer apr offer : 0% for 12 months from date of transfer (you can transfer your balance within 12 months).

It has no annual fee and a low apr of prime rate plus 5.99%. Should you change your mind about using your rebates for your next vehicle purchase, you are allowed to exchange your rebates for rewards from Citi's ThankYou Redemption Network reward program.
